Baldwin Group NT Pty Ltd (trading as Baldwin Group NT, Rado Refrigeration and Atwell Refrigeration Solutions) is a locally owned and operated family company in the No rthern Territory with over 15 years' experience in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Marine refrigeration and air conditioning industries, and over 40 years’ experience in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial electrical industry.

Baldwin Group NT’s Directors’, Warrick Baldwin and Tim Baldwin are born and bred Territorians’ who are passionate about providing high quality work and customer service. 

Warrick completed his Electrotechnology Refrigeration and Air conditioning trade in Darwin and over the past 15 years has worked on a range of refrigeration and air conditioning projects including those in the residential, commercial, industrial, marine, supermarket, horticulture, retail and food production/processing sectors. 

Tim completed his Electrical trade in Darwin and over the past 40 years has worked on a range of electrical projects including those in the residential, commercial and industrial industries.

Baldwin Group NT recently acquired Rado Refrigeration and Atwell Refrigeration Solutions which are long term Territory businesses. Rado and Atwell have been in operation for over 20 years in the Territory. 

Rado Refrigeration specialises in the sale, hire and repair of portable refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and solutions and is the service and repair agent for most leading brands including; Bushmans, Companion, Cruisair, Dometic, Engel, Evakool, Ironman, Kings, National Luna, Nova Kool, Primus and Waeco.

Atwell Refrigeration Solutions provides specialised labour along with parts, goods and materials to the oil and gas and marine industries. Atwell sources and procures refrigeration,  air conditioning and general parts and materials from local, interstate and international suppliers and ships direct to the client.
